REGGAEFLEX

This is a pure wining session that will make heads turn! Participants will lose their inhibitions and gain
self-awareness through ReggaeFLEX techniques. This class focuses your mind on your "center" while providing an open, relaxed vibe to achieve the dance moves.

This class features intense strengthening and Cardio Workouts! There are drills, group exercises and muscle targeted movements tailored to get you the most out of every session!

Fifty is designed for seniors and those that want to get fit and keep fit to Caribbean music and dances that bring back their best memories of the good ol’ days! This class is set at a pace that’s easy to keep up
with and fun, yet gives the fitness results intended. Chair exercises are optional.

Takes children on a musical journey – teaching them about great Caribbean artistes and tempos, while exploring movement with hula hoops, jump ropes, and limbo sticks.

Provides Clients with the perfect way to get fit – sexy style! Clients bring a pair of their favorite heels and let loose with sensual routines and toning exercises, complete with props – from chairs to boas!
