Rachel Chang, Co-Owner/Instructor
Rachel has been in professional dance and music instruction for 30 years, studying ballet, tap, jazz, hip‐ hop, modern dance, piano, voice, and saxophone from fine arts academies throughout Florida, California, and Jamaica. She has performed at a multitude of venues in solo performance, groups, choirs, and bands, and has received a variety of awards for her outstanding achievements.
Randi Blake, Instructor
Randi has been a professional dancer her entire life. She has instructed dance for the past five years and enjoys it as an art she is sharing with others as opposed to being just a job. She has a steady following of clients that find her classes to be both fun and a great workout. Randi finds it of utmost importance to have a one‐on‐one relalaonship with each of her clients and you’ll find her after every class conversing with them.
Stassie Foster, Instructor
Stassie has been in organized dancing all her life. At a tender age, she was involved in ballet and gradually transitioned to cheerleading, jazz dancing, hip hop, and playing the steel pan. Additionally, she has been in child care for 10 years, including preschool teaching and babysitting. Stassie enjoys a fun atmosphere and now has a child of her own.
Anika has been involved in cheer leading since the first grade and has been on a number of reggae and hip hop dance teams throughout her life. Since graduating high school, she has taken classes in jazz, contemporary, ballet and swing dance. Born to perform, Anika has always enjoyed competitive cheer dance and have been involved in theater and studio acting for the majority of her life. She believes in having fun and can be seen laughing at all times.
Ariel has been in organized dancing for 6 years, mainly focusing on modern and African dance. She has participated in many dance competitions in her national country of Trinidad & Tobago. Additionally she has practiced Yoga for 5 years. She likes to Instruct class at an Intermediate level, combining intense soca moves with sexy Jamaican wining. Moreover, her energy speaks volumes when teaching kids classes. Ariel is a lover of life, a music junkie, and very versatile when it comes to dance.
Lisa is a lover of arts and entertainment and has been dancing from the age of 7. She took ballet, piano and drama classes to develop her performance skills. Throughout high school and college, she joined cheerleading, debate and public speaking teams competing in several competitions. Her dance background also grew to include hip hop, salsa and modern dance. With her Caribbean upbringing, Lisa especially loves reggae and soca and is currently involved in covering and reporting on local Caribbean events taking place in South Florida, including music and cultural festivals, concerts and album release parties for music artistes.
Wally hails from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where music and dance are a passion of its people. She has been involved in both since she was very young. She feels the three elements of music, dance and fitness are essential in helping people stay active, while having fun and staying fit. “Gotta get with it, if you want to get ReggaeFit” has become her personal statement and she hopes to continue her ‘bogle’, for many years to come.
